ROCK IN IDRHO: modalità di rimborso

A seguito dell’annullamento del festival ROCK IN IDRHO, l’organizzatore Hub Music Factory ha predisposto il totale rimborso del biglietto acquistato, comprensivo dei diritti di prevendita. Verrà quindi restituito l’intero prezzo del biglietto (45 €) più i diritti di prevendita a partire da venerdì 27 luglio alle ore 12.

Di seguito riportiamo le modalità di rimborso dei biglietti per ogni canale abilitato alla vendita:

BOOKINGSHOW e acquisti su ROCKINIDRHO.com

Per gli acquisti effettuati presso i punti vendita Bookingshow, contattare direttamente il punto vendita presso il quale si è acquistato il biglietto entro il 10 agosto.

Per gli acquisti sul sito internet (www.bookingshow.it e www.rockinidrho.com) si dovrà inviare una richiesta di rimborso allegando la mail di acquisto a info@bookingshow.com. Verrà successivamente richiesta la spedizione del biglietto che dovrà pervenire presso la sede della prevendita entro e non oltre il giorno 10 agosto.

VIVATICKET
Coloro i quali hanno acquistato presso i punti vendita dovranno recarsi presso lo stesso consegnando il biglietto per ricevere il rimborso entro e non oltre il 10 Agosto 2012.

Coloro i quali hanno acquistato su internet o tramite gli altri canali del circuito riceveranno una mail da Vivaticket al fine di compilare un modulo per la richiesta di rimborso.

Nel caso in cui i clienti non dovessero ricevere alcuna mail possono compilare il seguente form http://www.vivaticket.it/index.php?nvpg[assistenza] entro e non oltre il 10 agosto 2012.

TICKETONE
Chi ha acquistato presso i punti vendita si deve recare direttamente presso il rivenditore di riferimento e procedere, tramite questo, alle modalità di rimborso entro e non oltre il giorno lunedì 13 agosto.

Per coloro che invece hanno acquistato tramite call center o il sito internet (www.ticketone.it) riceveranno una comunicazione direttamente dal reparto ecommerce con le modalità di rimborso e dovranno successivamente spedire il proprio biglietto che dovrà pervenire presso la sede della prevendita entro e non oltre il giorno 13 agosto.

ACQUISTO IN CASSA
Per coloro che hanno acquistato il biglietto in cassa il giorno del festival si dovrà inviare una richiesta di rimborso all’indirizzo info@hubmusicfactory.com. Verrà richiesta la spedizione del biglietto che dovrà pervenire entro e non oltre il giorno 10 agosto.

ABBONAMENTI
Anche per coloro che hanno acquistato l’abbonamento è previsto il rimborso della parte relativa al concerto del 21 luglio.
Si dovrà  inviare una richiesta di rimborso all’indirizzo info@hubmusicfactory.com e successivamente verrà richiesta la spedizione del biglietto che dovrà pervenire entro e non oltre il giorno 10 agosto.

È fondamentale tenere bene presente le date comunicate da ogni singola prevendita affinchè il rimborso possa andare a buon fine.

ROCK IN IDRHO – REFUND TICKETS

Due to the cancellation of the ROCK IN IDRHO festival, the organizer Hub Music Factory has prepared a full refund of the tickets purchased, including presale commissions. You will then be refunded the full ticket price (45 €) plus presale rights from Friday July 27 (noon time) on.

Here are the procedures for the refund of tickets for each enabled presale circuit:

BOOKINGSHOW AND ROCK IN IDRHO.COM
For purchases made at Bookingshow points of sale, contact the shop where you bought your ticket by August 10th.

For purchases made through the websites (www.bookingshow.it and www.rockinidrho.com), a payment request has to be submitted forwarding to info@bookingshow.com the mail received when purchasing the ticket. Customers will then be asked to send their tickets, to be delivered no later than August 10th, 2012.

VIVATICKET
Those who have purchased their tickets at Vivaticket points of sale must go to the same shop in which they bought the ticket no later than August 10th, 2012 carrying their ticket in order to receive the refund.

Those who have purchased their ticket through the Vivaticket or their partners websites will receive an email from Vivaticket in order to fill a refund request form. In the event that customers may not receive any e-mail, they can fill out the form they find on the following link http://www.vivaticket.it/index.php?nvpg%5bassistenza%5d no later than August 10th, 2012.

TICKETONE
Customers who bought their tickets at Ticketone points of sale must go to the same shop in which they bought the ticket no later than Monday August 13th, 2012 and proceed with the refund request as per the instructions received by the dealer.

A referent of the company will contact those who have purchased their tickets via call center or website (www.ticketone.it) giving the necessary instructions on the refund request. They will then be asked to send their tickets to be delivered no later than August 13th, 2012.

TICKETS BOUGHT AT THE FESTIVAL BOX OFFICES
Those who purchased their tickets at the festival box offices the day of the show must send a refund request at info@hubmusicfactory.com, they will then be asked to send their tickets to hub music factory no later then august 10th, 2012.

COMBO TICKETS
Customers that purchased combo tickets can get the refound for the july 21st show
They must send a refund request to info@hubmusicfactory.com and then they will be asked to send their tickets to hub music factory no later than august 10th, 2012.

Please pay attention to each dealer’s deadline when submitting your requests, otherwise, if not received within the deadlines set by each dealer, your refund requests may not be handled.
